چکیده
Background. Numerous publications have noted the piano of unequal‑muscular relations arising in process vocalization, and described intra‑laryngeal sensitive (afferent) motor (efferent) nerve endings. Pari estomp a significant part efferent pathways are vegetative fibers that control ulcer trophic state tissue substrate direct effect on muscles larynx, changing metabolism muscle cells. Objective: to analyze features innervation larynx area vocal folds sectional material. Materials methods. In study mucous membrane laryngeal muscles, we used material obtained studies 28 people who died as result injuries incompatible with life, opt cardiovascular insufficiency pneumonia at age 54–85 years, whom there were no life‑threatening ENT diseases. Adrenergic detected by Bjerklund method modified V.N. Shvalev N.I. Zhuchkova, cholinergic studied using Karnovsky–Roots based incubation sections solution specific substrate. Results. conductors, rule, use common ways penetration into under walker blood vessels nerves. Onyx localized reduce features. Autonomic structures located observed directly middle fibers. Conclusion. The abundance adrenergic endings, combining different structural elements single morphofunctional complex, is main influence nervous system over folded mechanism voice formation processes disorders various

Three-dimensional characteristics of the larynx with immobile vocal fold.
OBJECTIVES To evaluate the 3-dimensional (3-D) characteristics of the laryngeal lumen in patients with unilateral vocal fold immobility (UVFI) during phonation with the aid of multislice helical computed tomography (MSHCT). DESIGN A retrospective study. SETTING University hospital. Subjects Thirty-seven patients with UVFI. INTERVENTIONS Each subject was asked to sustain the vowel /a/ and ...
متن کاملThree-dimensional finite element modelling of vocal folds vibration in the human larynx
December 13-15, 2007: Firenze, Italy, ed. by C. Manfredi, ISBN 978 88-8453-673-3 (print) ISBN 978-88-8453-674-7 (online) © Firenze university press, 2007. Abstract: 3D FE model of the larynx including the vocal folds, arytenoid, thyroid and cricoid cartilages was developed. The vocal fold tissue is modeled as a three layered material representing the epithelium vocal ligament and muscle. First,...
متن کاملA Book to Scare and Stop Singing A critique of Larynx as Instrument and the Challenges to Vocal Production
The production of scientific resources in the field of recognition and application of sound is one of the most urgent necessities for Iranian society of voice training, speech and singing. In a society where the voices of its voice actors and speakers are unfortunately often harsh, piercing and, artificial, and where these types of voices have become a trend, the necessity of research in this a...
متن کاملFasciitis Ossificans of the Larynx
We describe a rare case of laryngeal fasciitis ossificans. A 58-year-old man presented with hoarseness and a nodule was found in the larynx. Excisional biopsy was performed, and follow-up laryngoscopy showed complete resolution of this reactive lesion, and normal laryngeal function. The 0.6 cm diameter nodule was well circumscribed and histologically, the lesion was composed of uniform woven bo...
متن کاملEffects of vocal fold epithelium removal on vibration in an excised human larynx model.
This study investigated the impact of selective epithelial injury on phonation in an excised human larynx apparatus. With intact epithelium, the vocal folds exhibited a symmetrical vibration pattern with complete glottal closure during vibration. The epithelium was then enzymatically removed from one, then both vocal folds, which led to left-right asymmetric vibration and a decreased closed quo...
